This Promotion is free of charge and run by Passport Club LLC (“Passport Club” or “Sponsor”) and is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Open only to legal U.S. residents (excluding residents of Rhode Island) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and represent that they meet all eligibility requirements. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive, fraudulent, or unsportsmanlike manner.

1. How to enter. During the period beginning at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on July 17, 2026, and ending at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on August 2, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”), you may enter this Promotion by visiting the California State Fair at Cal Expo Fairgrounds, 1600 Exposition Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95815 and completing and submitting the online entry form via QR code. Limit one entry per eligible person. Incorrect or incomplete entries are void. Alternative Means of Entry Provided at embarcsupply.com/pages/STATEFAIRPPCREWARDS2026. Any attempt by you to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods may void your entry and you may be disqualified from this Promotion.

2. Eligibility. This Promotion is open only to legal U.S. residents (excluding Rhode Island) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited. By entering, you confirm that you are of legal age.
3. Privacy. By signing up, you agree to join the Embarc Member List and receive personalized updates, offers, and promotions through text or other communication channels. Your information will be securely stored by Embarc and its technology provider, Alpine IQ, to create tailored experiences just for you. We value your privacy and will never sell your information. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying “STOP”; standard messaging rates may apply. By signing up, you confirm that you are of legal age. Consent is not required for purchase.
Except in Tennessee, and where prohibited by law, the winner’s entry and acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use said winner’s name, photographs, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and city and state addresses on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media now known or hereinafter known, in perpetuity, without further compensation. By entering this sweepstakes, you agree that if selected as the winner, you will participate in a short video for social media and marketing purposes. This may include an on-camera reaction, testimonial, or brief interview.
4. Winner Selection and Notification. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on or about 4:20 p.m. Pacific Time on Aug 3, 2026 (the “Grand Prize Drawing”) under the supervision of one of the Sponsor’s designated representatives. Grand Prize Winner will be notified via telephone, mail, or email at or by approximately 5:00 p.m. PT on August 3, 2026. If a Grand Prize Winner and/or GA Winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during one (1) business days from Sponsor’s first attempt or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
The decisions of Sponsor and any judges with respect to the winners and other matters pertaining to this Promotion shall be final and binding.
Odds of Winning - The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
5. Grand Prize. The 1 Grand Prize Winner shall receive the following (the “Grand Prize” or “Prize”): $2,500 IN PASSPORT CLUB REWARDS awarded as 50,000 points total, paid out in increments of 10,000 points ($500 value) per month for five consecutive months. Embarc reserves the right to modify the promotion as needed.
No cash alternatives will be provided, and the Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. ARV of the Grand Prize is $2,500
6. Governing Law/Dispute Resolution. This Promotion shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions that may require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. Any action or litigation concerning this Promotion shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in Orange County, California and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and you waive all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts.
